Pasteurized bottled beer is packaged at very high temperatures that kill the natural beer flavors. Draft beer on the other hand goes direct from brewing, skipping the pasteurization process, into the keg. Since it is unpasteurized, it is kept refrigerated below 42 degrees, maintaining its Brewery Fresh Flavor. This is how the brewers wanted you to enjoy their beer, fresh from the brewery with no altering of taste. So if you're a full flavor type person, the only way you want to enjoy the extra treat in flavor it with brewery fresh draft beer.
